Terms and Conditions
1. Payment/Price quotes:
Payment is required in full before any order can be placed. Items not in stock are ordered at the agreed to price. Price quotes are good from one (1) week from when the quote was originally given. Due to the minimum pricing policies that some companies strictly enforce, it is possible that a price quoted may sometimes change, if the respective manufacturer suddenly raises their prices. This is a rare occurrence and we will do our best to have the most accurate and current pricing when giving out quotes. In addition, we will also do our best to convey the price variances as they occur.
2. Back Ordered Merchandise:
In the unlikely event an item happens to be out of stock, the lead-time to receive an item is usually 2 to 3 weeks. If there is particularly long backorder on an item, we will notify the customer as soon as this information becomes available to us. Our estimated ship time of two to three weeks is not a guaranteed estimate but is the industry average for shipment turn around times.
3. Special Order Merchandise:
Certain products are considered to be special order products, and consequently the return policy on these products differs from our regular products. Once an order for a special order product is placed, this order cannot be cancelled. Furthermore, special order products are not eligible for return credits. If a special order product has been deemed to be defective, an exchange for that exact item will be arranged upon approval.
4: Same Day Shipping Policy:
This is for items that we normally stock, being a retail store, we have a revolving stock. This applies to orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST. Orders after 11:00 a.m. will be shipped out on the next business day. If out of stock, the item is ordered and will ship out upon arrival to our facility within one (1) business day. Tracking numbers are available upon request.
5. Free Shipping Policy:
Free Shipping applies to the lower 48 States. AK, HI,
and Specials do not qualify for Free Shipping. To keep our
prices as low as possible, shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the
purchase price for product returned.
6. Order Confirmation:
Email confirmation numbers are sent out after orders are placed. Please retain this confirmation number for your records.
In the event that you need to exchange or return your merchandise
please contact BuyCeilingFan.com for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
within 30 days of receipt. All delivered items more than 30 days are
considered FINAL sales. To keep our prices as low as possible, all returned
merchandise will be inspected and is subject to a restocking fee and
shipping and handling fees incurred.
In the event that you receive a defective product, we must be contacted to receive a returned merchandise number (RMA). This RMA number is valid for 10 business days and must be clearly written on a packing label attached to the box when it is returned to us. Upon our receipt and inspection of the product by a technician, we will replace the product once the defect has been verified.
After 30 days, please contact the Manufacturer for Warranty issues.
In the event that a non-defective product is to be returned, we must be contacted
within 15 days of receiving your product to obtain a returned merchandise number (RMA).
Once a RMA number is authorized and given, the merchandise must be returned at the customerís expense within 10 business days of issue of the RMA. Authorized return credits
may include a
restocking fee and all shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the
purchase price providing the product is unused and in new condition. If the item does not meet these aforementioned conditions the return credit will not be issued and the item will be subsequently returned to the customer.
Information We Collect
In general, D&X Enterprises, Inc. does not collect personal identifying information from visitors to this website unless such information is provided by the individual. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of D&X Enterprises, Inc. internet servers, including the type of operating system and browser being used by the visitor. The information we collect allows us to make statistical analyses of the use of our site, and to customize our site to better suit your needs.

We may use aggregated information, which does not identify you personally, for advertising, marketing, promotional and other business purposes. Should you choose to provide personal identifying information, we may use and disclose that information in a number of ways related to your use of our site. We may use your personal identifying information in connection with sending you specific, targeted information that may be of interest to you. We may use your contact information, such as your e-mail address, to acknowledge your request for information or for other similar purposes. We will not sell our member contact list or provide your personal identifying information to any other person or entity in the ordinary course of our business, although we reserve the right to transfer such information in connection with a change in ownership of D&X Enterprises, Inc. or its assets.
Corrections and Deletions
Anyone under 18 should not send any information about themselves to us, including information like you name, address or e-mail address. D&X Enterprises, Inc. does not knowingly collect personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 18. In the event we learn that we have collected such information from an individual under 18 without parental consent, the information will be deleted from our database as soon as reasonably possible.
By virtue of the use of this website, the customer affirmatively agrees to the terms and conditions and is legally bound to those terms and conditions. If in the event litigation arises, the customer agrees to litigate the matter in a forum and jurisdiction of our choosing. The matter will be heard in the appropriate forum in the State of California.
